1. About Us

We are a small family-run UK business specialising in personalised sublimation products including apparel, mugs, keyrings, tote bags, air fresheners, slate décor, plaques, caravan gifts, camping gifts, and more.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

2. Placing an Order

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian
All information provided is accurate and complete
You have checked all spelling, dates, names, sizing, colours, and personalisation details before ordering

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes if production has already begun.

3. Personalised Products

Many of our items are made to order and personalised specifically for you.

Due to the nature of custom-made products:

Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part
Customers are responsible for ensuring personalisation details are correct before purchase
We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, or errors submitted by customers

Please double-check all customisation details carefully before placing your order.

4. Uploaded Images & Content

If uploading images, text, or artwork for personalised products, you confirm that:

You own the image or have permission to use it
The content does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
The content is legal, non-offensive, and suitable for printing

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.

Image quality affects print quality. For best results, please upload clear, high-resolution images.

5. Product Descriptions & Colours

We do our best to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate.

However:

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes
Handmade and personalised products may vary slightly in placement or finish

Minor variations do not count as faults.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Payments must be completed before orders are processed. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, postal delays, or circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect delivery information supplied by customers.

8. Returns & Refunds

In summary:

Eligible non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days
Personalised/custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect
Faulty or incorrect items must be reported promptly with photographs where possible

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss
Customer errors in submitted personalisation details
Minor colour variations or print differences
Delays caused by third-party delivery providers

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item ordered.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, product designs, logos, and descriptions belong to Whittworks Studio Custom Prints unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
